Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience of power analysis at the RTL, net-list and post-silicon level.
- Experience with implementation and architectural techniques for low power.
- Experience with power intent convergence, UPF and power intent tools (e.g.CLP).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with the fundamentals of static timing analysis.
- Understanding of high-performance synthesis and PnR optimizations.
- Excellent scripting skills.

You develop from the lowest levels of circuit design to large system design and see those systems all the way through to high volume manufacturing. Your work has the potential to shape the machinery that goes into our cutting-edge data centers affecting millions of Google users.
With your technical expertise, you lead projects in multiple areas of expertise (i.e., engineering domains or systems) within a data center facility, including construction and equipment installation/troubleshooting/debugging with vendors.

- Develop and Lead the overall power convergence, logical equivalence and power intent convergence for high-performance designs.
- Define the overall power analysis, power intent and logic equivalence methodology and work closely with block owners throughout the project for low-power implementation, logical equivalence and power optimization.
- Review and sign-off the power intent, logical equivalence and power for block and sub-system.
