- Experience 8 - 10 years

- Capable to technically guide the team members to accomplish day to day activities
- Extensive solid understanding on IT, networking, system architecture and coding
- Deliver continuous improvement across IS operational responsibilities with measurable outcomes
- Ensure their people understand how their work is tied to outcomes
- Overseeing enterprise risk management, provider relationships, and/or asset management as required by the Portfolio Leader
- Personal and professional alignment with Expeditors culture and ten critical success factors
- Proven experience as a logistics and technology oriented leader
- Strong leadership, management, financial, communication and execution capabilities
- Experienced problem solver, strong collaborator and able to provide clarity around complex topics
- Experience with DevSecOps, Lean, Agile and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Assertive personality, interpersonal, action and outcome driven leadership
- Ability to actively inspire, coach, mentor and motivate
- Ability to promote autonomy, mastery and purpose, through empowerment and creating leaders
