Technical Lead Responsibilities: Requirement gathering & understanding, effort estimation, technical design, project planning and monitoring in Agile environment Work proactively & independently to address project requirements, and articulate issues/challenges with enough lead time to address project delivery risks Providing expertise in technical analysis and solving technical issues during project delivery Customer interfacing - understand customer requirements, propose technical solutions Full Software Development Lifecycle (Agile) Experience in developing Spring Boot APIs along with security and performance aspects. Strong Core Java and functional programming experience. Experience with relational and no-sql database, preferred Oracle and MongoDB. Development of common, reusable components and services. Responsible for peer code reviews, unit testing, leveraging CICD pipeline of an application. Open to learn and work on new technologies/products as needed. Code reviews, test case reviews and ensure code developed meets the requirements Component Design/ Coding/ Unit Testing/ Debugging / Test Driven Development / Continuous Integration Carry out adaptive changes necessitated by changes in Business Requirements and Technology Technical Lead Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Experience in a similar role would be advantageous. Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills. Strong leadership and organizational abilities. Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients. Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
