As a Manager - Operations, you will provide strategic guidance to teams and their managers in ways that promote the company’s culture. You will also oversee the progress of operations.
The ideal candidate needs to have
·Experience in Online Space – Building of websites etc – Mandate
. 6-15 years of experience in operations management.
. Excellent leadership skills.
·Experience of working with customers all-round the globe, especially US customers
·Has Managed a large team of about 50-100 members
·Should be capable of managing and motivating a large team
·Work with the team to produce error-free results in a timely manner.
·The role will need to work under stringent deadlines by adopting efficient strategies and tactics. The goal is to ensure SLAs are met without compromising on quality.
·Finally, should be flexible to meet the Business Requirements
·Manage and direct operations team to achieve business targets.
·Assist in developing or updating standard operating procedures for all business operational activities
·Build strong relationship by addressing customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
·Assist in employee appraisals, promotions, compensation, and termination based on the performance review.
·Provide operational support and guidance to staff.
·Assist in developing operating and capital budgets.
·Monitor and control expenses according to the allotted budget.
·Assist in interviewing, recruiting, and training candidates.
·Manage work assignment and allocation for staff.
·Conduct performance review and provide performance feedback to staff.
·Work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
·Ensure team follows standard operating procedures for all operational functions.
·Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss issues, concerns, updates, etc.
·Support operational risk and audit process for the purpose of preventive maintenance.
· Should have Knowledge of Website Production.- Mandate
· Should have a Successful track record be Handling Team of 50-100 members.
·Should have Strong communication (Oral & written)
·Should be flexible to work & respond to customers round the Clock
·Should have good Presentation skills
·Should be good to Run the regular day to day operation activities
·Handling Daily/Weekly/ Monthly Client calls & any escalations from clients
·Conduct Regular team management activities to motivate the team
·Urge to have regular improvement in Production & Quality
·Should have an analytical mindset which is data-driven to bring out solutions to any queries.
