We have an urgent opening for Client Servicing profile for Pune Location.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Maintain & retain client relationship for all digital media servicing
2. Should have good strategic & communication skills with an ability to understand the creative brief
3. Translate brief to both creative & operations team
4. Maintain & coordinate within various in-house departments – especially creative and social media team.
5. Create Mock up, Presentations basis on the creative brief given by client and same needs to be explained to the Internal creative team.
6. Develop a crisp and creative content to support marketing and corporate communication needs.
7. Assist with production of artwork, source images and check copy.
8. Developing a thorough understanding of client's businesses and brands.
9. Ensuring client requests are developed into internal briefs in line with the Agency's procedures.
10. Managing all client requests and ensuring delivery of work on time and as per clients' requirements.
11. Taking a proactive role in creative briefs and Ad operations and have the ability to propose innovative solutions.
12. Coordinate with social media team and support them with Innovative content and copy of the creatives.
To be considered for this position, one must have:
1. Sound knowledge of digital lead-gen processes, i.e., Google AdWords and other Search Engine Marketing tools, including Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter etc.
2. Understanding of the digital creatives like – Landing Pages, Display Banners, Facebook ads and Posts, Microsites, Emailers etc.
3. Knowledge in writing journals, brochures, whitepapers
4. Preparing interactive presentations and mock ups
5. Copy-writing, Proof-reading Skills:- "Client Servicing", "digital marketing", "client management" and "client satisfaction"
