About the profile:
We have many areas needing work. As an example, the selected candidate can work on:
1. Digital marketing : Improve presence of the portal on all digital media platforms like Fb, google, Twitter, Pinterest etc. Improve SEO (Google) rankings through various measures like blogs, quora, content etc.
2. Business development: Explore innovative tieups with vendors to provide curated and exciting content on the website. Create strategic tieups with domain experts.
3. Solutions: Create separate offerings on the website for solutions like vertical gardening.
4. Sales: Setup other sales channels like Amazon, whatsapp, SMS marketing. Directly interact with customers both online and offline.
5. Website and ERP: We are an ecommerce company. Hence, website. Self explanatory.
Skills / Education
1. We need a graduate, any stream is fine.
2. Extremely fluent in English and Hindi. A 3rd language is preferable.
3. Should be comfortable with online ecommerce websites, have an interest in reading blogs, articles etc.
4. Creative, ability to think out of the box, take a stab at doing anything given. Basically a go-getter
5. Should enjoy speaking to people and helping them out, customer is king!
Experience
1. Experience is not a must. Fresher's can apply
2. If you have experience, we prefer people from an e-commerce background, who have skills in photoshopping, digital marketing, writing content etc. Skills:- Social Media Marketing (SMM), Vendor Acquisition, Digital Marketing and Content Writing
