Below is the Job Description:
Title: Senior Associate -Talent Acquisition
Location: Bangalore (HSR)
Shift:- 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (One way cab is provided)
Responsibilities:-
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
Responsible for End to End recruitment.
Getting the Job description from the hiring managers and actively sourcing profiles based on requirement
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Maintaining the recruitment tracker for all open positions.
Desired Skills:
Experience in Non IT Hiring.
Experience in US Hiring/US Staffing/ US Recruitment.
Worked for product base clients or permanent staffing.
Ready to work as an Individual Contributor and capable of handling Non It Hiring End to End.
Comfortable for Night Shift. (Shift Timing 2PM to 10:30 PM) (One way cab is provided) Skills:- Inbound Recruitment, Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, US Recruitment, Non IT Recruitment, US Recruiter and US Hiring
