Requirement:
. Good communication skills
. Strong hands on experience in development using Java. Experience in multithreading or concurrency control
. Exposure in JSF or (Struts1.0, Struts 2.0), Spring MVC, Spring Core
. Experience in either EJB2.0/3.0 or Hibernate
. Experience in Ant/Maven
. Spring
. Experience in managing deployment in JBoss/Tomcat/Apache
. Extensive OOP experience and understanding
. Good in database programming concepts and experience in writing complex queries

Responsibility:

. Architecture design, coding, unit testing, and implementation of Web applications and mobile based projects
. Designing and implementing new procedures and guidelines to enhance productivity and quality
. Identify application upgrade paths, opportunities for improving design, performance and code of existing applications
. Mentor team of developers
. Develop an understanding of the latest technology in Web and Mobile based applications Skills:- Java, Technical Architecture, Design patterns, Algorithms, Data Structures, Spring MVC and Hibernate (Java)
